About IVlab

Director: Dr. Bradley Hemminger

The IVlab is currently spread across several shared laboratory spaces within the School of Information and Library Science, until future renovations to Manning Hall create the research laboratory space for SILS. The IVlab houses research in the areas of informatics (bioinformatics and medical informatics), digital libraries, visualization, computer human interaction, and databases. The research of the lab is closely related to several other research laboratories at SILS, including the IDL lab, and the Collaboration Lab. The majority of IVlab equipment and personnel can be found in Manning 300.
