Evals
The course ID number for this class is
33211212 . Please write this number on the top right hand of the
Carolina Course Evaluation form. There are two evaluation forms:
- a Carolina Course Evaluation form with structured questions which are to
be answered in Section F of this form. The questions are

- My interest in the subject has increased
- The pace at which the instructor covered the material was
appropriate
- a SILS form with open-ended questions.
Comments written on the Carolina Course Evaluation form will be shared with
