Kristin Lancaster was born in Pinehurst, North Carolina on January 4th, 1979. She is 22 years old. She is currently a graduating senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill studying Psychology and Information Systems.  Over the summer, she plans to take business courses through the Carolina Business Institute which offers classes covering marketing, finance, and accounting. Kristin spends much of her time studying, playing volleyball, or running. She enjoys working at Bailey's Pub and Grille on the weekends. This picture was taken before a 60's mixer with her sorority sisters Jerilyn and Christy who are also graduating (Kristin is in the middle).

Kristin moved at age two months old to Saudi Arabia where she lived for 16 years with her family. She recently created a web page dedicated to her experiences in the Middle East. Kristin attended Pine Crest Preparatory School for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade in Fort Lauderdale, Florida before returning to North Carolina for college.  After Kristin graduates in May, she will begin working as a systems analyst with Deloitte Consulting in Atlanta, Georgia. Eventually, she plans to attend graduate school to receive her MBA.

On April 21, 2001, Kristin ran in the Charlotte Observer half-marathon. She had been training for 4 months and finished at around 1 hour and 55 minutes. She ran cross country in high school, but had never run this far before.  She plans on training for the Walt Disney World Marathon on January 2, 2002. For her e-business class, she created a prototype web site for a start-up athletic training company called Ucoach.com.
