Dishes are prepared with fish
straight from our market and herbs picked from our own garden. Our
vegetables and fruits come mainly from local farmers and the freshness and
quality are remarkable. Squids is proud to announce the arrival of our new chef, Sam Poley. Since February, Sam has been making some changes which we feel sure you will enjoy. As we continue to offer your old favorites, Sam is constantly testing new ideas and experimenting with unusual fish. A few new dishes have already been added to our regular Dinner Menu, and you can keep up with Sam's latest creations by taking a look at our weekly specials.
