Donate your used books to the Annual SILS Book Sale

Once again, SCALA (Student Chapter of the American Library Association) will be organizing the Annual SILS Used Book Sale. The sale benefits the Prison Books Collective and all SILS student organizations.

This year’s sale will be held from Tuesday, March 20 to Thursday, March 22, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The sale will be located under the Davis Library overhang.

Donation boxes are located in Manning, Davis, Wilson and other buildings around campus. They'll be there until the second week of March, so bring your books now!

ALA/NCLA Panel (with free cupcakes!)

Rebecca Vargha, Tammy Ivins, Jennifer Hanft, and Amanda Foster will speak about their experiences with the American Library Association and the North Carolina Library Assocation. We will also be providing membership forms and cupcakes from Sugarland!

Join us at 5pm on Tuesday, February 7 in Manning 304. Your SCALA Officers look forward to meeting you!
